The Springfield Art Museum is the only American Alliance of Museum (AAM) accredited institution in southern Missouri. For nearly 100 years, the Museum has connected visitors to the world, this community, and themselves through active engagement with art objects. The Museum is one of the largest and the oldest cultural institutions in Springfield and is a core cultural tourism attraction for the region. The 2028 Campaign will ensure our Museum continues to fulfill its mission and serve a greater number of children and adults from across the region, state, nation - and even the world!
